The manager will also limit the number of visitors in the Mount Bromo area. Only 20 percent of the total capacity per day is allowed for tourists.

TNBTS also imposes a limit on the number of tourists who will enjoy the panoramic sunrise at Penanjakan Bromo, which is 100 visitors per day.

Tourists who are going to TNBTS are also required to make reservations online in advance. According to the Head of TNBTS John Kenedie, ticket bookings will only be served via online. This decision is already in the finalization stage and agreed upon by the four heads of the buffer regions.

First is the Hill of Love. This hill as high as 2,680 meters above sea level is a favorite spot for visitors to enjoy the sunrise.

If you take the Pasuruan route, choose this Bukit Cinta spot. You will be greeted by a large wall that reads “Love Hill Bromo Tengger.” From here, you can see the highest peak on the island of Java, namely Mahameru ( Mt. Semeru ).
